We Rock Charlotte

One week (July 21st - 26th, 2025). 

Full-time and part time positions. 

No musical experience required. 

Women and gender diverse folks welcome! 

In one week, make a difference and have an awesome, rockin' time! We need musicians (basic knowledge of guitar/bass/drums/keys/vocals) as Instrument Instructors and Band Managers. We also need fun, cool people to help as Band Mentors, Camp Counselors and Camp Support Crew (no musical experience). Mentor and laugh with our kids (ages 8-12; girls and gender diverse youth) as they form a band, write an original song together, learn to play an instrument and give a concert for everyone! All the while we teach them about gender equality, social justice, leadership and more! Know that you made a difference as you cheer them on through smiles and proud tears as they rock a big, community concert for all!! Two-hour orientation and background check required. Several orientation dates available May-June.
