We are looking for a passionate and motivated Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator to support our fundraising efforts. In this role, you will help us develop strategies to attract donors and sponsors, engage our community, and secure the financial resources we need to continue our mission. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in nonprofit fundraising and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and identifying potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
- Help craft compelling fundraising campaigns, proposals, and donor communication materials.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative fundraising strategies and initiatives.
- Support in building and nurturing relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Manage donor outreach through email, phone calls, and social media engagement.
- Track fundraising progress and provide insights on ways to improve outreach efforts.
- Help manage WFF’s online fundraising presence, including social media fundraisers and crowdfunding campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically about fundraising opportunities.
- Passion for WFF’s mission and empowering marginalized communities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising is a plus but not required.
