Home4Me becomes the family, commitment, consistency, and safety that teens in and aged out of foster care need. Through a family-style approach, the LEG up on LIFE Experience (LEG= Leadership- Entrepreneurship- Grooming | LIFE= Living Skills- Innovative Choices- Financial Literacy- Educational Paths) is the tool we use to remain connected and develop the skills and talents of each individual.
