Albemarle Foundation Partners with SHARE Charlotte For a Third Year to make SHARE SHINE Nonprofit Programming affordable for 550+ Nonprofit Partners

We are excited to announce Albemarle Foundation’s commitment to ensure that SHARE Charlotte’s SHARE SHINE programming continues to be affordable to all 550+ SHARE Charlotte nonprofit partners.

SHINE™, which stands for SHAREholders in Nonprofit Empowerment, will provide nonprofit participants exclusive access to SHARE’s most valued programs including SHARE-a-Latte ( monthly nonprofit networking series with funders or influential Charlotteans), six annual business development workshops, an annual nonprofit summit, and early bird opportunities to participate in community events such as #WomenGiveCLT and #YPMixerCLT.  SHINE’s™ affordable annual fee will help sustain SHARE’s ability to support nonprofits at the highest level.

SHARE Charlotte’s nonprofits range in size from small grassroots organizations up to the very large ones but they can all benefit from the networking, connections and professional development opportunities that the SHINE™ premium programming provides.

“We are so thrilled to partner with Albemarle Foundation for a third year,” said Melissa Hovey, Managing Director for SHARE Charlotte. “Their investment in us has allowed us to provide incredible resources and connections for our nonprofits partners in order to make them stronger organizations and have greater impact in our community.

“Albemarle Foundation relies on employee feedback to help guide their funding priorities and we are excited that our employees have once again chosen to invest in SHARE Charlotte”, said Jessica Stewart, Program Manager of the Albemarle Foundation. “We can’t fund all nonprofits but SHARE Charlotte makes it possible for us to support the overall nonprofit community."
