Our mission is to Power Social Good in our city by connecting Charlotte neighbors to nonprofits and strengthening our nonprofit community. Over the past 10 years, we have inspired over $42M in giving to local nonprofits and 21K volunteer opportunities. Today we are proud to announce a new board member, April Whitlock.

April is the Head of Corporate Citizenship at LendingTree and Executive Director of the LendingTree Foundation since 2020. She initially joined the fintech company over 20 years ago when it was a start-up and has returned to lead the strategic development and execution of impactful trust-based giving programs and volunteerism across LendingTree’s U.S. footprint.

April is a creative strategist who excels in helping organizations, which have included Foundation for the Carolinas and Carolina Pad through turning big ideas into successful ventures.
