SHARE Charlotte is excited to announce 4 new board members that bring energy and expertise to help grow the mission of our organization. Our goal is to build a better Charlotte by empowering nonprofits and helping people invest in their communities in ways that matter most to them.

Julie Cross, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at TIAA Julie is a Corporate Social Responsibility leader previously leading global CSR initiatives and partnerships at Trane Technologies. She is a passionate advocate for employee engagement and leveraging the talents and skills of employees to help local nonprofits achieve their mission and goals. Julie’s wealth of CSR experience is critical to our corporate social responsibility strategy to help companies and non-profits navigate employee engagement and volunteerism. Julie is a member of the CELC Education Team and sits on the CMS EPF Advisory Council. | |

Jia Lin-Bothe, Director of Family Empowerment at ShermCo Jia Lin-Bothe is a community impact leader and educator who works to connect families to community resources in her current role. Prior, she was a teacher for Charlotte Lab School and CMS. Due to her background in education and with students, she will be critical to helping us to engage more youth in volunteerism. Jia is currently a board member for local nonprofits Hugaroo and the Charlotte Arborist Association. | |

Cameron Householder, Legal Associate at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP Cameron received her law degree from the University of South Carolina, Joseph F. Rice School of Law. During her time in school she was also a member of the Nonprofit Organizations Clinic, which provides the opportunity to represent nonprofit organizations in a variety of legal matters. She is skilled in crisis communications and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line. She is assuming the role of Secretary on the board. | |

Melissa Dunn, Assurance Partner at Aprio In her role as Audit Partner at Aprio, Melissa Dunn, CPA, spearheads the nonprofit practice in the Charlotte office. She is also a board member for the NC Women’s Affordable Housing Network and a prior board member for Community Link and the Lupus Foundation where she held audit committee and treasurer leadership roles. Additionally she is a member of the collective giving group, Women’s Impact Fund. She is assuming the role of Treasurer on the board.
