Stories

Some call it stories. Others call it a blog. But here you will find nuggets of goodness to use and -- you guessed it -- SHARE!

YOU CAN'T START EARLY ENOUGH...

As parents, we're excited about the findings in the Women Give 2013 report "New Research on Charitable Giving by Girls and Boys" that show that talking to our kids about charitable giving can make a BIG difference in their behavior. It seems common sense to us, but it's always good to have a study to back up what feels right.

Take a look at this infographic which gives a good summary of the report (from the Women’s Philanthropy Institute at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy). It shows that it's common for children to "give the gift of time" through volunteer service and it's just as important to TALK with them about giving as it is to actually DO it.

Cheers to YOU and YOUR family for all you do for Charlotte!
