2. Make your way over to The Mint Museum Uptown Friday, Feb. 14th from 6-9pm for the Light Up the Night event! This FREE Valentine’s Day event features immersive experiences for all ages, including glowing swings on the plaza, live music by DJ Fannie Mae, and pop-up maker spaces inside the museum. Enjoy light bites and illuminated cocktails at the cash bar, and make creative designs at pop-up maker spaces with glow-in-the-dark art activities. More information, here!
3. Grab a dinner reservation or treat your Valentine to a sweet treat whipped up by in-house pastry chef Ashley Anna at Community Matters Cafe! No matter your craving, your visit to the cafe supports the staff of students from Charlotte Rescue Mission who are completing their four-month Life Skills Program at Community Matters Cafe.
